At Haven of Hope, our services are built around one goal: stable lives with dignity. We combine safe housing, nutritious meals, 24/7 support, skills training, and community connection— so every resident has the tools, structure, and compassion needed to heal and thrive.
Trained staff are available around the clock for supervision, de-escalation, medication prompts, and supportive listening—ensuring safety and stability at all times.
Residents receive three balanced meals daily plus snacks, planned to support mental and physical wellness. Dietary needs are respected whenever possible.
Weekly workshops and 1-on-1 coaching in budgeting, cooking, hygiene, time management, communication, and job-readiness to build independence.
Group activities on-site and in the community reduce isolation, build healthy relationships, and foster joy and purpose in everyday life.
Case-managed pathways to independent or semi-independent living, including applications, appointments, documentation, and move-in planning.
Partnerships with hospitals, clinics, social services, and law enforcement ensure wraparound support tailored to each resident’s goals.
Quick screening to confirm stability and fit for group living (18+, low-income, medically/psychiatrically stable).
We co-create achievable goals for health, skills, and housing stability—updated as progress is made.
Structure with meals, meds prompts, groups, coaching, chores, and recreation to support healthy routines.
When ready, we help with applications, move-ins, and connections to outpatient care and community supports.
Together, we can expand our reach and support more individuals on their path to recovery and stability.
